The Process

Prior to sending your work, we urge you to ensure your document is of a minimum standard: An A4 document,  size 12 font, Times New Roman or Arial, single spaced.    

The process of submitting your work for proofreading and editing is simple! Access our Etsy page (https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/FinishingTouchesEdu?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing_id=1245641833&section_id=38435900) and follow the prompts: 

1.  Select the word count range for your project.  
2. In the 'Personalisation' box, provide details about your work and your email address. 
3.  After purchasing the item, we will send you a message confirming your payment. You will prompted to either send your document (Word file) via Etsy or Gmail (finishingtouchesedu@gmail.com).  
4. We will review, proofread and edit your document.  
5. We will send you two files to your nominated email:   
   1. A 'Track Changes' document which allows you to see the suggested corrections. This will provide you the chance to see exactly what changes were made, and if you do not agree with it, you're welcome to change it!  
   2. A polished document that can be used for immediate submission.

The prices (set in AUD dollars) have been set according to the number of words in a document. We use the following as a guide:

• 1-250 words: $5 
• 251-500 words: $10
• 501-750 words: $15
• 751-1000 words: $20
• 1001-1250 words: $30
• 1251-1500 words: $40
• 1501-1750 words: $70
• 1751-2000 words: $100
• 2001-3000 words: $150
• 3001-4000 words: $200
• 4001-5000 words: $250
• 5001-6000 words: $300
• 6001-7000 words: $350
• 7001-8000 words: $400
• 8001-9000 words: $450
• 9001-10000 words: $500
• More than 10,000 words: Contact us and we'll provide you a quote!
